The project is located on a 30,000 m2 plot of land in the Cerro Verde development in Caracas, Venezuela.

The developer's idea was to supply an unattended executive hotel offer on the southeast side of the city. Due to its geographic location, it had a great demand of short-stay travelers for work where they could spend the night near their workplaces. Additionally, a nucleus of office space was added to the east side to offer itinerant workspaces to companies and guests in general.

We developed a building of 58,000m2, distributed in three basement parking levels, two intermediate levels for events areas, service areas, and meeting rooms, on the first floor is the main lobby and above this at elevation +12 on street level, we located all social areas, restaurants, and recreation. The thin and rectangular building volumewas located at the rear of the plot projecting the view of the entire upper body over the city and the hill El Avila. We located in the north wing 160 rooms in the ten upper levels, and the offices were located in the south wing.
